ABOUT
Vas left investment banking in New York for a one-way ticket to Nairobi — and never looked back. Six years of living, climbing, and overlanding across Africa gave her enough reps to dismantle the version of herself that played it safe. Fear became an afterthought as "let's try first" became second nature.
She applied that courage to everything else. She founded a Kenyan nonprofit and social enterprise that grew to M in revenue before its acquisition, built and sold a trade school in the U.S., and designed a life entirely on her own terms.
She built FearLab so more women could access the same reset — without waiting for years of quiet suffering, burnout, and tipping points to force it.
