FearLab was born from a simple truth: Growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone.
Fear Lab was born from a simple truth: Growth comes when you step outside your comfort zone.
Vas learned this after leaving investment banking in NYC to move to Kenya. Six years of overlanding the African bush, sport climbing, and free diving across the continent gave her enough reps to dismantle the version of herself that played it safe. Fear became an afterthought as courage took the wheel.
By applying that philosophy to her life and career, she founded a Kenyan nonprofit and social enterprise startup that grew to $1M in revenue before its acquisition, built and sold a trade school in the U.S., and designed a life entirely on her own terms.
